| VIDEO MAIL |
Video Mail is probably the main feature of the EstateContact.com system. With Videomail you can communicate in a personal way that is not possible with text and audio, and with the integration of the property database and other features that are specially developed for EstateContact.com this becomes a extremly efficiant way of communication. The Video Mail system can use our integrated Video Recorder that makes is easy and fast to record and send Videos with the push of a button. You can also record and save videos for later use, upload videos or use videos from Video Sharing services like YouTube, Google Video, Revver and YouAre.TV. |
| AUDIO MAIL |
| If you don't want to send Video Mails then Audio Mails is the next solution. Through our online Audio Recorder you can record and send Audio Mails with the push of a button. You can also record Audio Files for later use. |
| TEXT MAIL |
| The system of course also supports "normal" mails. Send text mails to your contacts, attach properties or documents. |
| ADDRESS BOOK |
| Another of the core features in EstateContact.com is the Address Book. The address book includes many features in addition to the "normal" contact details. |
| SEND DIRECTLY |
| You can quickly and easily send Video Mails, Audio Mails and Text Mails by clicking one of the Quick Send Icons that you find on the top of the Contact Details page and in the Contact List. |
| NOTES AND FOLLOW UPS |
| Add notes and follow ups through a simple form. The Follow Up notes will display on the frontpage of your administration area on the day of the follow up. On the frontpage you will also find a list of tomorrows follow ups, the follow ups for the next 7 days and a list of contacts with birthday today. |
| STATISTICS |
| On the contact details page you can see statistics of all the mails you have sent to a contact. When did the contact read the mail, how many times etc. |
| ATTACH PROPERTIES |
| For easy management you can attach properties to each contact. In this way you can easily see a list over properties that fits your contacts requirements. |
| ATTACH DOCUMENTS |
| Upload and attach documents to each contact. You can easily send these documents to the client simply by clicking the send mail icon. |
| PROPERTY DATABASE |
| EstateContact.com is developed for Real Estate Agents, and when we started the development one of the core features we wanted to include was a property database. |

| You can easily send a property prospect as attachment to your contacts simply by clicking one of the Quick Send Icons in the property list. |
| INTEGRATE TO YOUR OWN WEB-SITE |
| We have included several ways to integrate your properties to your own web-site. In the help section you will find documentation on how to use these methods. By integrating the property database into your own web-site you can host all of your properties in one place and the need for advanced hosting for your own domain is no longer a question. |

| Integrated in the system and included in our service is also marketing of your properties in many ways. |
| GOOGLE PRODUCTS DATABASE |
| Every Friday we will upload all the active property listings in our database to the Google Product Database. You also have the opportunity to do this yourself simply by downloading our Google XML feeds. |
| PROPERTY PORTALS |
| EstateContact.com will regularly open new online Property Portals that will include all of your listings. You will find an updated list of these portals in your administration area. |
| EXTERNAL VIDEOS |
| As part of our service we also support Video Sharing services like YouTube, Google Video, Revver and YouAre.TV. Simply import your external videos and use them for Video Mails or integrate them into your own web-site. |
| UPLOADED VIDEOS |
| You can also upload videos to our servers and use these videos as Video Mail or simply to integrate them to your own web-site. The storage is included in the membership fee. |
| STATISTICS |
| Got ot the Sent Messages section and find statistics for all your sent mails. When were they read, how many times etc. |
| CUSTOM PAGES |
| To make the EstateContact.com system integrate completly to your own system you can create custom Audio and Video Mail Reading pages and host them on your own domain. You can also integrate with inline framing. In the Help section you will find all the documentation you or your webmaster needs. |
| MULTIPLE USERS |
| You can add as many users as you want to your company. We charge you only a one-time setup fee of US$ 15.00 for each new user. The monthly, quarterly or annual fee will not change. You can also choose what user is Administrator etc from the settings in your administration area. |
| WEB-SITE INTEGRATION |
Almost all of the features on EstateContact.com can be integrated into your own web-site. This includes the property database, custom audio and/or video mail reading pages. All documentation is avilable in the help section of your administration area. |

| How does the Video Recorder Work? |
| The Video Recorder is a Java Applet that is supported by PC, Mac and Linux. The first time you visit the recorder you might be asked to accept the recorder. You then simply click record and save to create recordings. |
| What formats are the Videos saved in? |
| Video files created in the Video Recorder are created in Mp4 format. |
| Why Mp4 and not FLV, SWF or WMV? |
| Mp4 is a better quality video format than for example FLV. With the new Flash 9 version Mp4 can also be streamed through Flash Video Players. Mp4 is also soon supported by most other media players, making it the most supported format on the market within the next 3 - 6 months (as of des 2007). Windows Media Video (WMV) and other formats like Quicktime (mov) and Real Video is simply to "narrow" when it comes to browser support. |
| How does the Audio Recorder Work? |
| The audio recorder works exactly in the same way as the Video Recorder. |
| What Format are the Audio files saved in? |
| All audio files are saved as Mp3 files. |
| What formats do you support for uploaded videos? |
| As of today you can upload Mp4, MOV, WMV, FLV and 3gP Videos to our servers. We will also add other formats in the future, and among other we will soon integrate support for DiVX and Real Video. |
| Can I download my Videos and Audios to my own computer? |
| Yes, you can easily download all of your audio and video files from the administration area. |
| Is there any limits to how many Audio and Video Mails I can send? |
| No, there is no limits to how many mails you can send. |
| Is there any limits to how many Audio and/or Video views per month? |
| No, there is no limits to how many views. This is one of the areas that EstateContact.com differs from other services. |
| Do I have to add properties to your database to use the system? |
| Not at all, you can send mails without any properties in the database. |
| Can I attach properties from my own site to Video and/or Audio Mails? |
| To du this simply add a Title, Description, a Picture and a Link to the property database for each of the properties you want to use. Then you can attach this property to your mails. The reader will then be taken to the link you have provided when he click the more information link. |
| Can you create Custom Pages for my company? |
| Yes we can, simply send us a enquery from our contact page |
| Can I upload recorded videos to other Video Sharing services? |
| Of course, you own the copyright of any video you have recorded. Uploading Videos to Video Sharing services are good marketing, and we strongly recommend you to do this. A good service to use is TrafficGeyser.com. |
| When using External Videos from a Video Sharing Service what service do you recommend? |
| When using External Videos in EstateContact.com we strongly recommend Revver.com simply because the quality of the Videos are better here than on for example YouTube. |
| Can I create a podcast of my Audio Files? |
| At the moment not, but we will integrate this feature soon. |
| Can I integrate Videos in my Property Listings? |
| At the moment not, but we will soon integrate this function. |
